Fifteen years in systems with critical availability requirements
We have developed operations systems for long enough to understand their points of vulnerability and the operational consequences of an outage.

Where we come from
The team began in in-house IT departments in distribution and manufacturing, where a software failure has direct consequences for deliveries. That experience determines how we work: analysis begins from the behaviour of the system in the event of an outage.
We now operate as an independent team, with clients in Romania and the European Union, on projects ranging in duration from two months to several years.
How we work
Releases at two-week intervals, each containing usable functionality. A single accountable lead for the duration of the engagement. Estimates per stage rather than a single value for the whole engagement. Code is delivered to the client repository as it is written.
We apply the agile practices with demonstrable impact: incremental delivery, prioritisation together with the client, and concise retrospectives. We do not bill for process activities that make no direct contribution to the outcome.
What we do not do
We do not produce brochure websites or marketing campaigns, and we do not take on projects without direct access to the users of the system. We decline engagements where the specification is final and no longer open to adjustment.
How a project runs
40 minutes
First conversation
Forty minutes about the operation, not the technology. We leave with a view of where the time and money are going.
weeks 1–2
Two weeks on site
We sit with the people doing the work, look at the real files, and write the short list of what is worth building, with an estimate against each item.
weeks 8–12
First release in production
Within eight to twelve weeks, one module used daily by real users. From there, a release every two weeks.
after go-live
Measure and hand over
We compare the numbers with the baseline, document the system, and can hand it to your team at any point without a paid transition period.
The team
The team consists of senior engineers, each with more than fifteen years of experience in systems with demanding availability requirements: ERP, warehouse management, invoicing and healthcare platforms. Several members of the team have previously held positions within the internal IT departments of client organisations.
Each project is assigned a single accountable lead, who provides continuity from the analysis stage through to the period following deployment.
Identifying the process with the highest operational cost
Where the appropriate solution is a standard product, we will advise you accordingly at the analysis stage.
